June 27th at dusk at Harrison Recreation Center (1300 V St NW) – the first movie of the 2012 U Street Movie Series – a 1983 classic – An over-the-hill hippie manages a run-down cab company and its oddball drivers — an aspiring pimp, a Rastafarian and a driver with no license. It’s even money whether this motley crew will be able to save the company, much less their jobs.
